ADVISORY: We will be following all Provincial Health guidelines, which means that our Covid policies are subject to change on short notice. We will contact everyone registered anytime live classes need to be moved online. Otherwise please check back here for updates.
UPDATED MAY 2022
PRENATAL: We are delighted to offer our excellent classes both LIVE at our East Vancouver location, and also ONLINE via zoom. All classes are still in real time, with a live instructor answering your questions. Whether online or in person, our dynamic and engaging classes provide opportunities for interacting, for building community, and for active participation.
Our on-site classes will include the following safety precautions:
Masks are optional. All choices will be supported.
Anyone feeling at all unwell will refrain from attending (and will be offered a make-up class online)

POSTPARTUM: To provide support and community to new families, we are offering Postpartum Circles Mondays 12:30 – 2pm FREE or BY DONATION (suggested $5). You can find the zoom link on the Postpartum Circles page. Join us every Monday for some parent-to-parent connection!
We also continue to offer our Postpartum Series in-person, for those seeking live contact with other new parents.
